Two things, applied consistently. Recurring work belongs in a relationship with a defined scope. Everything else belongs in a Free Pool, where people stay connected to companies and individuals they trust and choose the paid task work they're sent.
Recurring needs
A company writes down work that repeats: what it covers, how often, what falls outside it and what they'll pay per cycle. Obtainers express interest with a short note.
Recurring services
An obtainer publishes an ongoing service they take responsibility for, with a fixed scope, price and billing rhythm. Companies can approach them directly.
Confirmed scope
Nothing starts until both sides confirm the same scope and price. Changes to a live relationship also need both confirmations, so neither side can quietly expand the work.
Free Pools — staying connected
A Free Pool is a work space that belongs to one company, individual or community. People join that specific pool and stay in it, so there's no new freelancer search every time something comes up.
Free Pools — choosing paid work
When the pool owner has work available, they post it inside the pool with the scope, requirements and payment already attached. Members see it, choose whether to take it, complete it and submit it. Once the owner approves, payment is released.
Billing that follows the rhythm
Recurring services bill weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly, repeating with the work. Pool work is paid per task, on approval.
Ending well
Either side can pause or end a relationship, and members can leave a pool at any time. History stays on both accounts so future work starts with real context.
